HanoiSpreading the feeling silently in the heart of Hanoi capital, Hoan Kiem Lake brings the cheerful but charming beauty for the crowded ancient streets. In the spring, the lake is the place where has many traditional folk festivals, people are eager to hold choirs or folk songs. People flock to see the festivals while the water is indistinct with romance dew with the cold spring weather, all of this creates a natural and fanciful space, a space full spirits of Thang Long thousand years of cultural charter. In summer, the water is cool and we have the feeling of being on a silent moment when come to the lake, leave behind all the muggy and hot of the exteral crowed streets, enjoy the cool rise from lake. Autumn with the fanciful dew screen the surface of the lake, willow shapes are so delicate, water is rolling as a silent words about the legend of ancient turtles. In winter, drizzling rain drops are brings a bit cold, the lake becomes silent as a hostorical witness who stands here and sees the ups and downs of land and hanoi people.
In the South of the lake, Tortoise Tower  reflects itself in the sparkling water, in the doctrine for the legend about Kim Quy superman who is hiding somewhere. People consult with each other that are lucky to see the tortoise appears from the lake will be saved and have all happiness and wealth. Tortoise Tower viewed to Dinh Tien Hoang road will see an ancient three storey towers, the third floor is name “Hoa Phong Tower”. This is also the lucky proof which is remained in Bao An pagoda. The temple was from Nguyen dynasty and leveled to build Northern Resident Superior palace  and Post Office in 1889. So far the North East of the lake, Brush Tower rises and has three words “Ta Thien Thanh” (write in the blue sky), the opposition is a door with three stone frogs who are ink slabs in the doubles divided peach shape. When the evening shadow appears, the top of brush touches the Dai Nghien which engraves  the Vietnam educational culture. Passing Brush Tower is the Red Huc bridge, humiliates and leads the passengers to Pearl island, where has beautiful Ngoc Son temple. The main temple includes two connected tempels, the Northern temple worship Tran Hung Dao and Van Xuong, the Southern direction has Tran Ba where worships all the person like La Dong Tan, Quan Van Truong, Buddha  A Di Da, this shows a remarkable  concept  of three traditional religions in Vietnam (Buddism, Taoism and Confucianism).
Althrough the temple has new architecture, Ngoc Son Temple is still typical one about space and architectural pose of Thang Long - Hanoi. The harmonious and balance between temple and lake has made up a overall Sky - People unit architecture, which all recall the feeling of harmony between Vietnamese nature and people.
